breakfast
oatbran pancake, cream cheese, olives

lunch
mushroom soup, yogurt, peache

dinner
grilled vegetables, cheese, apricot

snack
baked potato chips, soo good

what I did
1 hour walking
stretching, foam rolling
1 hour yoga
