breakfast
crepes, cheese, berries (Father's day brunch)

lunch
salmon, cauliflower, green peas

snack
pie in a jar (testing recipe, pretty good)

snack
yogurt, coconut flakes, mango butter

what I did
1 hour strength training
stretching and foam rolling
