lunch
zucchini, roasted pepper, egg and Parmesan salad

snack
yogurt, coconut and mango butter

dinner
zucchini and yogurt, roasted peppers, Dahl (lentils), melon

snack
glass of milk

what I did
1 hour walking
30 minutes stretching
foam rolling
