what I ate

breakfast
eggs, avocado and olives, melon

lunch
tomato and lentil soup with avocado and parmesan cheese, yogurt

dinner
beef patty, cheese, tomato, lettuce, a couple of fries

snack
melon, yogurt, peach

what I did
2 hours walking
1 hour strength training
stretching and foam rolling
