breakfast
coconut pancakes with cottage cheese and mango butter, peach

lunch
eggplant Parmesan and chickpeas

dinner
blue corn tortillas with ground beef, cheese and guacamole, creme fraiche and berries

snack
orange and peach

what I did
stretching and foam rolling
1 hr dance

what I did June 14

1 hour walking
stretching and foam rolling
1 hour strength training
