what I ate


breakfast
coconut blueberry pancake, cream cheese

lunch
salmon, olives, tomatoes, cream cheese, plum

dinner
grilled veggies, salad, cottage cheese


snack
yogurt, blueberries, coconut flour

what I did
2 hours cleaning
stretching and foam rolling
1 + hours strength training
