what I ate


breakfast
bacon, sausage, peach

snack
avocado and cheese, nectarine and yogurt sorbet (no sweetener)

dinner
chili with summer squash and carrots, beans and some homini, blueberries with half and half

what I did
2 hours walking/hiking
stretching and foam rolling
