what I ate


breakfast
coconut blueberry pancakes and fresh coconut

lunch
salmon, arugula and bean salad

dinner
arugula, tomato and cucumber salad, spaghetti squash and chili with vegetables
yogurt and blueberries

what I did
2 hours walking
stretching and foam rolling
1 hour strength training
