what is this log?

I strongly believe that eating nourishing and delicious food without overeating and being moderately active is the key to feeling happy and staying lean all year round. Many of my clients requested that I share what I do on a daily basis to maintain a carefree healthy lifestyle, so here it is and I hope it helps you with ideas.

  1. I would kill someone for this Eggplant Parmesan meal. Ready to serve, extremely delishious, good quality... that's all I need :)) There are no such things here :(((

  2. Nope. I can give you a recipe. You can make it and freeze it all. Then take out and heat up. That's how it's done. Meal Survivor is all about going to the store and getting something ready. Helps the lazy and helps the ones who get to the store late (like us).

  3. Then, please give me the recipe for this and also, the recipe of your eggplant hummus (which you ate yesterday I think :) )
Damn, I didn't expect that the eggplant will be the most difficult to abstain food in my vega test :))))

  4. Vega tests are ok to break after a while since your gut heals. I am starting to think move and more over the randomness of what goes through, but we'll talk about it when I see you!

Here is a great eggplant parmesan recipe:

I would substitute the breadcrumbs and use oat bran. You can also make tomato sauce from fresh tomatoes, like we do traditionally for peppers with tomato sauce or spaghetti. It's a lot of work. Use the firm mozzarella, not the mozzarella in brine (water). There are two types. If you can't find it - use kashkaval :)
