what I ate

omelet + cheese + tomatoes

almonds, cheese, cheesecake in a jar (almonds, cream cheese, berries, eggs)

veggie salad + olives + ricotta +slow roasted tomatoes

what I did
stretching and foam rolling
1 hour yoga

SEP 13

avocado/cheddar cheese

ricotta and tomatoes, coconut water

shrimp, vegetable salad, cheesecake in a jar

what I did
1 hour walking
1 + hour strength training
stretching and foam rolling
