I strongly believe that eating nourishing and delicious food without overeating and being moderately active is the key to feeling happy and staying lean all year round. almonds, cheese, cheesecake in a jar (almonds, cream cheese, berries, eggs)

dinner
veggie salad + olives + ricotta +slow roasted tomatoes

what I did
walking
stretching and foam rolling
1 hour yoga

SEP 13

breakfast
avocado/cheddar cheese

lunch
ricotta and tomatoes, coconut water

dinner
shrimp, vegetable salad, cheesecake in a jar


what I did
1 hour walking
1 + hour strength training
stretching and foam rolling
