breakfast
yogurt, chia, almonds and whey

lunch
arugula, carrots, ribs

snack
yogurt, chia, whey

dinner
beets and greens salad, schnitzel and boiled potato

what I did
stretching and foam rolling
body weight exercise (too sore for real workout)
