I strongly believe that eating nourishing and delicious food without overeating and being moderately active is the key to feeling happy and staying lean all year round. Oct 1

Back in Bulgaria and severely jet lagged :)


what I ate

breakfast
raspberries

lunch
some tomato, cucumber, cheese and lentils

dinner
large salad, peppers, salmon, potatoes, broccoli, some ice cream

what I did
1 hour walking
strething, foam rolling, being very sleepy and tired (burns 100000 calories through yawning) :)
