breakfast
protein pancakes and some feta

lunch
chipotle burrito bowl with pork and guacamole

dinner
touch of rice and some chicken, OJ (on a 12 hour flight)

snack
yogurt

what I did
lots of packing and carrying some stuff, flying ;)
