what I ate

breakfast
chia apple pudding

lunch
bean and spinach soup with cheese

snack
small corn tortilla with cream cheese and tangerine

dinner
greek salad and chick peas, tangerines

what I did
stretching and foam rolling
2 hr cleaning
and a lot of massage - it was a good rest day
