I have skipped a few days, hm hm :)
Let's see Tuesday was a strength training day, did about 1550 calories, and here is yesterday:


breakfast
shortbread cookie and cheese

lunch
sweet potato and leek quiche (no crust)

snack
cheese and corn tortilla

dinner
veggies and chicken soup, couple of corn chips, tahini cookies, wine

what I did
stretching and foam rolling
tons of house work
1 hour dance

calories 1640
