1 small corn tortilla with ground beef, salsa and sour cream, tomato/parmesan salad

snack
chia, yogurt and pineapple pudding


dinner
2 protein style cheeseburgers @ In and Out, water chestnuts and cauliflower in curry sauce

what I did
stretching and foam rolling
1 hour dance

calories 1500
