I strongly believe that eating nourishing and delicious food without overeating and being moderately active is the key to feeling happy and staying lean all year round. Many of my clients requested that I share what I do on a daily basis to maintain a carefree healthy lifestyle, so here it is and I hope it helps you with ideas.

  1. How do you make the salmon patties/burgers? Using fresh fish or smoked salmon fillets? And please, give me the recipe of your protein bars :))

  2. The patties are in the meal survivor site - they are ready from the store. You can grind salmon or cut it up finely, mix with herbs and spices and cook it - I personally don't see why - its great on its own :) The protein bars will be on eatloveandtrain in a couple of days. They are banana, almond flour and whey powder. Simple. You may need to go to the indian store to get flour or grind your own from almonds or other nuts. Hugs!

  3. Guess what, I already have almond meal and I was wondering what to use it for. This recipe seems exactly what I need - high-protein and easy! Looking forward to..
